| | Print Pro for DTG UpdateThe Current Version of Print Pro for DTG is Ver 1.0.1.0 . To check your version, open Print Pro for DTG and click on Help> About Print Pro. The version number is located in the lower right corner of the splash screen.
If you have any other version of Print Pro for DTG, please email your details (Name, Business Name, postal address, current Print Pro for DTG version details, and Print Pro for DTG dongle number) to support@dtgdigital.com and we will send you a link to download the updated Print Pro for DTG program files.
DTG Rip Pro V03 Update The current release of DTG RIP Pro is V.03, build 7.4.2 . To determine your DTG Rip Pro version, please start DTG Rip Pro, and go to About> About RIP Pro and find the version details displayed on screen.
If you wish to update your DTG RIP Pro, please note the following steps:
1. Remove your current validation. This will restore your validation count by 1 to ensure that there are no issues with re-validation with the installation of the new version. Open DTG RIP Pro, click on Configure> Remove Validation and retrieve the removal code (leave this window open!). Go to the validation website with this code and your 16 digit product code and select "remove validation" and follow the on-screen directions.
2. Uninstall your current DTG RIP Pro. This is a multiple step process which must be completed properly to ensure that there are no issues with re-installation. Please use the link below to download a document which outlines the correct procedure.
3. Download the current release of DTG RIP Pro from the link below. Ensure that all other applications are closed, as the download is self-installing. Follow the installation instructions as per your User Guide. Contact support@dtgdigital.com if you have any questions or concerns.
